Projected outcomes

We hope through the research to make a real contribution to student suicide prevention by the identification of the factors and conditions which leave students vulnerable.

Having identified these relevant factors, PAPYRUS and the researchers will disseminate this information to HEIs to enable them to provide the services which support students through these critical times.

We intend to disseminate models of good practice to assist HEIs to manage the response to student suicides in such a way as to minimise the impact on those affected.

At the end of the project, we will have:-

· Produced a report detailing the findings of the study

· Held a conference to share our results with HEI staff, and community mental health services.
